When I installed 10240 over a freshly restored Win 8.1 installation (activated), the installer asked for no key. I'd prefer to do an upgrade as opposed to a full install as I have a lot of configs and settings that would be a major PITA to redo.
When I try installing from boot it will not allow me to upgrade the current system - it tells me to boot into windows to complete an upgrade.Īny ideas?
